SCHUMACHER DENOUNCED FOR SPANISH CAR ACCIDENT

Racing driver Michael Schumacher has been denounced for a traffic violation in Spain, after a rental car he was driving in November is alleged to have failed to give way to a motorcycle, resulting in the collision of the two vehicles and injuries to the rider.

The accident is said to have occurred on the A-5062 main road in the Seville town of Bormujos at around 18:50 on the 17th of November, 2013, when the German driver, who was on a private visit to Spain, drove his hired Audi A-4 into the path of the motorcycle having failed to give way.

When colliding with Schumacher’s car, the rider, Francisco M.A., fell off his bike and suffered a broken wrist which was operated on by doctors. The rider is also claiming damages for clothing, a watch, and other items.

The incident occurred just a few days before the accident when he was skiing which rendered him seriously injured.
