We may have ever thought that our work is tiring, difficult and that it leaves us no time to do what we would like to accomplish. If so, it is very healthy to see this spot, which has broken records on the Internet: It has millions of views, and above all, millions of excited answers.
It is a job interview for a position that is advertised as "the most difficult in the world". What the candidate gradually discovers is that it is also "the hardest and sacrificed in the world." Every day of the year, more than 135 hours a week, without rest and without time, sometimes, to sit and eat. .
The video announces, from the beginning, that this is a simulation. To do this, a fictional work station, called "Director of Operations", was created and announced in the newspapers and on the Internet. Thousands of aspirants wanted to choose it. The interviews are real: they were performed with web cams, and were recorded by the advertising company. At the end, when the job was unveiled, the applicants were asked for permission to use their images.
As a result, we can see the reactions of the candidates. One by one, they change the expression as they know the terms of that fictional place: standing all day, constantly making efforts, and they are required to have knowledge of medicine, finance and culinary arts. The requirements sound so overly demanding that people even question whether that work is legal. Everyone agrees that such work can not exist, and describes it as "inhuman", especially when the interviewer tells them the last two conditions: they will not be paid any salary for it, and they should not expect any thanks.
Applicants for the post surprised wonder who would perform such work, to which the interviewer replied that millions of people are doing it every day: Moms!. (Source: Publicidad y cine con valores.)
