SPANISH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2015

The Spanish Nationals Committee are pleased to announce that for the year 2015 the National Championships will once again be in the South Alicante area from 9th to 23rd May 2015.

The Nationals Committee discussed the possibility of the Championships being held in the Malaga, Costa del Sol, region in 2016 and the National Director, John Muldoon and Federation Espana de Bolos executive council member, Bob Donnelly will be visiting Malaga in the near future to discuss this with the clubs and owners.

Clubs in the South Alicante region have been invited to nominate their greens for this event.

The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. The La Siesta park features all kinds of sports pitches, for football, basketball, hockey, and more, as well as the largest paved pump track in the world, according to the town hall. Torrevieja Pump Track Grand Opening
It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
