LISBON TO SPAIN IN AID OF CANCER RESEARCH

I am after some more on-line news coverage and twitter support – for Warrington lads – Woolston Bike Riders -my brother Martin Finnegan and his friends Mick Skerrett, Wayne Buckles, Stuart Hardman and Terry Reid and Mascot Dave. who over a year ago planed a self funded trip to cycle Lisbon to Spain (Mojacar) for Cancer Research –

They set off on Saturday 28th March 2015 and are nearly half way through, yesterday they competed over 110 miles in 30 degree`s heat for Estremoz to Llerena and today they are cycling Llerena-Cordoba- They are doing amazing, Tomorrow will be on one of the toughest parts of the trip Granada to Almeria and Friday they will complete their epic journey for Cancer Research by cycling Almeria to Mojacar – They would of completed nearly 600 miles in aid of Cancer Research.

Any further coverage you can do or tweet the lads message of support would give a massive boast whilst there out in those gruelling temperatures cycling away for a Charity close to many hearts.

We all know in life that Cancer is never choosey of its victim and the Woolston Bike Riders believe it is vital funds are raised for Cancer Research in the hope one day Cancer is Conquered.

The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. The La Siesta park features all kinds of sports pitches, for football, basketball, hockey, and more, as well as the largest paved pump track in the world, according to the town hall. Torrevieja Pump Track Grand Opening
It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
