Sexual Picture Poster Arrested

Officers from the National Police have arrested a minor in Málaga accused of sharing naked pictures and videos of his former girlfriend, also a minor, through social network sites.

The complaint was raised after the pair broke off their relationship and the girl blocked contact on the internet sites. The male threatened to post the pictures and videos unless the girl unblocked him, but she refused, and so the boy then posted the images on the social network and sent them via Whatsapp, with the girl´s mother, sister and grandmother all receiving them.

During the investigation the police also discovered evidence of violence and filed a complaint with the competent judiciary for both offences.
