REGISTER NOW FOR PILAR SUMMER ACTIVITIES

Registration forms are available in the Department of Social Services

Registration is now open for the program of summer activities for children “2015 Holiday in Your Town” which will take place during the months of July and August in el colegio Mediterráneo.

The project will cater for up to 400 children born between 2003 and 2011 and it is being operated by the town’s Social services Department so as to enable parents to reconcile work and family life during the school holidays.

Children who attend the activity centre will play games, learn new crafts and skills and join in with a full range of fun experiences that will transform the centre into a place of holiday as a result of the efforts and contributions of more than 30 teachers and Assistants.

The activities will take place from 1 to July 31 and from 3 to 28 August in the Mediterranean College and it will be managed by a team of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience, and all with formal qualifications.

There will be a number of different options available to parents, getting underway at 8am and lasting through until 6pm. Dining facilities will be available with prices ranging from 50 to 150 €, depending on the hours, and with a 50% single-parent or large families discount.

The registration period will open on June 1 and will run until June 18 inclusive, or until all places have been filled. Those families which are registered on the Pilar de la Horadada padron will have preference when allocating places.

Registration forms are available in the Department of Social Services (Town Hall basement -1), from 9:00 to 13: 00h, from June 1.
