More of Max’s loved ones turn against him in the Christmas Eve Eastenders

2 min read

Max wants to make peace with Lauren and Abi and asks for them to meet him separately. However, when they turn up together, they make it clear that they’re refusing to be manipulated by him ever again. Has Max lost his daughters for good?

Stacey is more positive towards Max as she tries to support him, but he crosses the line by lying to her to get her alone, forcing her to leave the nativity. This stunt doesn’t go down well with Stacey, and when Max goads her by claiming that she’s lost her Slater spark, she slaps him.

Meanwhile, Karen is shocked to find Chatham and Riley’s secret stash of stolen mobile phones. Although Karen wants Keegan to sell all of the phones to give their family a happy Christmas, she later tells him to make sure Stacey gets hers back. Does this mean Jane’s voicemail message will finally be heard?

Elsewhere, Aidan delivers a special gift for Mick after he’s pulled out of their planned job.

Also today, Karen steps in as the Angel in the nativity play, while Willmott-Brown spots Fi visiting Kathy.
