It’s the day of Aidan’s long-planned dodgy job, but when Shirley finds out that Mick is involved, she tries her best to stop him. This means that Mick is a no-show, provoking a scary response from Aidan when he storms off with a gun.
Even though Shirley provides no answers when Aidan quizzes her, he ends up getting his way as Mick arrives in position just in time.
Sadly for Mick, his troubles are only just beginning. Not only is there a distraction when Masood pulls up with his aunty Mariam and uncle Arshad, Shirley isn’t giving up on her attempts to sabotage his involvement with Aidan.
Teaming up with Linda, a worried Shirley manages to track down the men involved in Aidan’s antics – just as their job is starting to fall apart.
Meanwhile, Kathy holds a tea party at the cafe.
Elsewhere, Masood tries to make his family feel better about moving to Walford.
