There was yet another full house of RBL members and guests who welcomed the N332 Team, Francisco Morales and Mark Nolan as they discussed many of the common problems that expat drivers are faced with when they move to Spain.

Mark had the audience attention right from the start with his opening remark, ‘This is how you identify an unmarked police car.’ But the subject was covered for good reason, as a result of the increasing amount of car crime involving motorists being stopped by bogus Guardia Officers which is gradually spreading into the area.

The pair then covered matters including distraction theft and many of the more obvious matters such as vehicle documents, footwear, warning triangles and the necessary security of passengers, pets and loads in moving vehicles.

Accompanying the two speakers on the night were Nicolas Bradford, the occasion being used to present the former West Midland Traffic Policeman with a token of appreciation for his help with the N332 project, and Paul Piccio, the President of C.L.A.R.O. who attended the event as part of his wish to find out more about local clubs and groups operating on the Costa Blanca.

The N332 team already have a number of presentations lined up for after the summer, as well as other events they will be attending. Remember to keep checking the website, n332.es, for more information.
