The Ñora and Shrimp Gastronomy Week is being held in Guardamar del Segura for the 14th year in a row over the period of a week at the beginning of June.
The ñora is a spicy red pepper that is typical of the area, and the shrimp, or langostino, are freshly caught from the Guardamar waters, making this a fantastic showcase of the town’s best local produce that is popular with visitors from all over the country.
Six of Guardamar’s best restaurants will be offering a special menu for lunch and evening meal just for this special week.
