The Generalitat announces the total closure of the hotel industry in the Valencian Community and the closure of commerce (including gyms and with the exception of essential services such as food, pharmacies) at 6:00 p.m., measures that will come into force this Thursday at 00.00 and for 14 days.

Ximo Puig has announced these new restrictions for Alicante, Valencia and Castellón and has also advanced that he will ask the Government to advance the curfew at 8:00 p.m.

The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. The La Siesta park features all kinds of sports pitches, for football, basketball, hockey, and more, as well as the largest paved pump track in the world, according to the town hall. Torrevieja Pump Track Grand Opening
It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
