“Nos vamos de Tapas”

The Councillor for Hospitality in Torrevieja, Rosario Martínez Chazarra, and the president of the Association of Hospitality Companies of Torrevieja and Comarca, José Ignacio Pastor, have presented the 7th edition of the tapas trail, “Nos vamos de Tapas”, to which 24 restaurants have signed up.

The dates of this edition will be from April 21 to 24 and from May 28 to 1 June, with a different format, 4 tapas and 2 drinks for €10.

Rosario Martínez has congratulated the Hospitality Association for this gastronomic initiative to deseasonalise and lengthen the high season, in addition to the fact that it is a way to cover from Easter to summer, thus invigorating the local hospitality industry and, consequently, the city.

Here you have a real-time walk around the new La Siesta park in Torrevieja, which also features the Torrevieja Pump Track. There are various sports fixtures, picnic area, dog agility park, and pathways, so you really should pay a visit. La Siesta Park and Torrevieja Pump Track Walk Around
The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. The La Siesta park features all kinds of sports pitches, for football, basketball, hockey, and more, as well as the largest paved pump track in the world, according to the town hall. Torrevieja Pump Track Grand Opening
It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
