Dramatic Crash at La Manga

Two people were injured this weekend when the car they were travelling in left the road and landed in the sea off the Mar Menor coast of La Manga.

The emergency services received numerous calls about the incident on Friday evening and despatched assistance to the scene.

The occupants had already vacated the vehicle when they arrived although they were taken to a local health centre as a precaution.
