Torrevieja and the surrounding area shook on Friday evening with an earthquake centred just off Pilar Dr la Horadada.

The 3.4 magnitude tremor (originally recorded at 3.2 but later upgraded based on reports submitted) was felt across much of the southern Costa Blanca with many people taking to Facebook to discuss the latest rumble.
