Earlier this week, the club’s management team headed by Juanjo Fernández and Joaquín Badimón, together with the coaching staff of the Junior team, which is made up of Moncho (Head coach), Antonio (Assistant coach) and Pablo (Tactical skills coach) met up with 75% of the squad that will make up the CD Torrevieja Junior team this coming season.
In this first big meet, the players got to find out first-hand what the short and medium-term plans are for the club, who hopes to train players to the standard at which they can then form part of the first team in the not-too-distant future.
The sport’s management and the Junior team’s coaching staff will continue to work tirelessly on a daily basis in training the youngsters. The basis of this training includes information, communication, organisation and teamwork.
