On Wednesday morning, a public lottery will be held to choose 30 students who will be added to two training courses, one to learn Russian, the other looking into installing solar power systems.
The courses, organised by the ADL employment agency will offer 40 hours in the basics of the Russian language, and a 25-hour course for installing photovoltaic systems.
Each course has places for 15 students, with anyone welcome to apply for the draw, which will be made at 9 a.m. at the office of the ADL in Torrevieja.
