Zenia Boulevard, the expansive shopping and leisure complex located in Orihuela Costa, is continuing to expand its commercial offerings with the addition of three new brands in just three months. Following the opening of the VIPS restaurant in June, the centre has welcomed fashion brand Hoss Intropia and food outlet Oakberry Açaí during the summer season.
Managed by Nhood and owned by Ceetrus and CBRE Investment Management, the shopping centre aims to reinforce its status as a premier retail destination on the Costa Blanca.
Cristina Ros, the director of the shopping centre, noted that these new additions demonstrate the commercial dynamism of Zenia Boulevard. She stated that the centre’s ability to attract prominent brands enhances the shopping and leisure experience for visitors, cementing its position as a major commercial and tourist hub in the Mediterranean.
The arrival of Hoss Intropia brings a new women’s fashion option to the complex. The brand is known for its timeless designs, high-quality fabrics, and a distinct bohemian and Mediterranean inspiration. This addition bolsters the fashion line-up at the centre, providing versatile and carefully styled garments for female shoppers.
For those seeking healthy food options, Oakberry Açaí has opened in the La Verbena area of the shopping centre. The brand specialises in authentic Brazilian açaí and offers customisable bowls, smoothies, and combinations of fruit and natural toppings. This new eatery caters to the increasing demand for fresh and energetic nutritional options during a shopping trip.
Completing the trio of recent openings is VIPS, which launched a new restaurant on the first floor in June. Located in the newly renovated dining area alongside establishments like El Kiosko, Casa Carmen, and Taco Bell, this is the chain’s sixth location in the Alicante province. The 231-square-metre restaurant can accommodate 141 diners inside, with an additional 72 seats available on its terrace. This specific opening has also positively impacted the local economy in Orihuela Costa by creating 28 new jobs.
Zenia Boulevard, which first opened its doors in 2012, is the largest shopping centre in the Alicante province and recorded over 15 million visitors in 2025. The destination features more than 160 stores, including major names like Zara, Primark, and Decathlon. In 2024, the centre completed an extensive refurbishment project to improve its facades, green spaces, and leisure areas, representing an investment of 18 million euro.
