OVER 170 ATTEND ALAMEDA DEL MAR CHRISTMAS PARTY

The Alameda del Mar Civic Center held its Christmas party last week attended by over 170 people. The day consisted of a number of handicraft groups including sewing, painting and the decoration of handbags.

There was also a choral recital, a dance class and a poetry reading in Dutch which was written and presented by one of the centre users. There was also a ‘tango’ dance show which was performed by the group ‘Fusion’.

All of the activities were well received by the guests who agreed that the day had been well organized and much enjoyed.
