The National Police has launched an appeal through social media to find a young man who videoed himself whilst driving a car in what is considered a reckless manner,
The video had been uploaded by a user named Antonio Velázquez, but was deleted after 15,000 hits, including viewers who also thought his actions were dangerous, and the police.
In the video, the man pretends to be asleep in the passenger seat of a car, and wakes to find the driver missing whilst the car is still moving. As the car overtakes a truck on the motorway, it becomes clear that the person in the video is steering the car from the passenger seat.
If anybody does recognise the person in the film, they are asked to contact the police who would like to speak to the driver.
