The Valencia Celiac association, ACECOVA, will began its celebrations in preparation for National Celiac Day on the 24th of May in Orihuela, at the Ociopia Commercial Centre in Orihuela, with information and demonstrations right through the day. Next week, similar events are being held in Alicante, at the La Nau cultural centre, and at Benicassim, at the Hotel Orange. 27th of May is National Celiac Day.
