RUDOLF’S REVENGE

My name is Jason Scawthorn, Personal Trainer at Fit 4 All Gym, Punta Prima,Torrevieja. On Sunday the 14th December 2014 we will be holding a fitness fiesta called Rudolf’s Revenge, and this will entail a 3 to 5km walk around the Prima Prima Urbanisation including the beach front area.

To enter there are three options –

* Five euros (AFE Cancer Torrevieja)

* Bring a gift for a child (Boy or Girl under the age of 18) (San Jose Obrero/Orphanage, Orihuela)

* Bring a food parcel for the Homeless (Caritas)

Time – Register your name at reception at 10.30am, the walk sets off at 11.00am

Attire – Come dressed up in Christmas Fancy Dress (Best dressed prize for child, adult and pet)

It will be starting and finishing back at Fit 4 All.

On route there will be a fitness challenge on the beach front controlled by qualified fitness staff, this is optional for people to parcipitant in or watch.
