Torrevieja has a varied programme for Saturday. At 7:00 PM, the International Music Auditorium will host a delightful “Concert in homage to the copla and the pasodoble” by the City of Torrevieja Musical Society “Los Saleros.” This promises a wonderful evening of traditional Spanish music, a definite highlight for those interested in local culture. Earlier in the day, between 9:30 AM and continuing throughout, the 11th Provincial Meeting of COCEMFE Alicante Associations is taking place, with activities including a guided tour of the historic centre and a boat ride around the bay, which might be of interest to those wanting to explore the city’s landmarks. For the younger audience, the Torrevieja Naval Modelling Association is organising a free introductory workshop to naval modelling for children (ages 8-14), a unique hands-on activity. Additionally, the World Walking Football World Nations Cup Draw is taking place at Habaneras shopping centre from 7:00 PM, a sporting event that might attract British football fans. For a lively evening, The Galaxy’s “Life is live” will be performing at El Paso from 10:00 PM.
Beyond Torrevieja, other towns on the Costa Blanca also have events. In Alicante, the Spring Festival 2025 continues at Multiespacio Rabasa with a line-up of indie, pop, and electronic music. Benidorm hosts the conclusion of the III Benidorm Theatre Showcase and live music by Bai Bang + Esbarzer at Rockstar. La Nucia offers a Saturday Night Disco at the Auditori de La Nucia and various sporting events like the Autonomous Skate Championship. In Calpe, singer Abril will perform a free concert. In Madrid, the Tomavistas 2025 festival continues at Caja Mágica, showcasing alternative music, and the Maudes Festival 2025 at Enrique Tierno Galván Park features electronic music. Barcelona is hosting the MEDITERRANEAN GLUTEN FREE FORUM 2025 and FESesDESIGN 2025. Meanwhile, Vejer de la Frontera in Andalucia will be celebrating its magical Candle Night 2025, with streets illuminated by thousands of candles and a concert, offering a truly unique cultural experience. In Murcia, various artists are performing, such as Shoda Monkas at Sala Rem.

Looking ahead. In Valencia, Myke Towers is set to perform at Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències on Tuesday, 3rd June, followed by the Festival de les Arts 2025 on June 6th and 7th. Back on the Costa Blanca, Bryan Adams will be performing in Alicante at Multiespacio Rabasa on June 4th, and Dark City Fest 2025 is coming to Penélope Benidorm on June 7th. The Fiesta of Benejuzar 2025 kicks off on June 6th and runs until June 22nd. Circo Quirós Torrevieja is also scheduled to begin performances on June 6th and continue throughout the month.
