Eddie Coleman, event organiser of the annual Fun Day, which was held on Sunday 24th May at Playa Flamenca beach side, is shown here presenting Karolina Leonard, the President of ‘Reach Out Torrevieja’, with a donation of €600.
This very worthwhile local charity rely on the public, not only money, but clothes, toiletries, and saleable goods that they can move on through their retail outlet.
A further €250 was also given to Karolina for the mother and baby home which is also located in Torrevieja.
Additionally, a Fund Day Raffle was held during the function, with the first prize of a very generous Food Hamper, won by Mrs Christine Nickel, who kindly donated the basket, also to the charity.
Reach Out is an entirely voluntary organisation and 100% of all donations are used to benefit the homeless and poor in the Torrevieja area.
