The French owned sporting goods company, Decathlon, has launched a recruitment campaign across Spain, in which they are currently looking for around 200 workers to fill positions across the country, whilst also offering the opportunity for those looking to work to register an interest in places where vacancies don´t currently exist.
Established in France in 1976, the company, which has stores across the globe, currently employs over 12,500 people in more than 90 stores in Spain, including at the Zenia Boulevard, San Javier, Murcia, Alicante, Elche and Cartagena.
Seen as one of the most attractive companies to work for by most of the staff, an internal promotion scheme means that opportunities within the company are great, with all store managers and even the CEO once having worked on the shop floor before achieving their promotions.
The company will shortly be launching their 2014 Decabike campaign, a day dedicated to the benefits of cycling. Held across the country, the aim is to raise awareness of both the health and environmental benefits of getting on your bike.
