BRIT INJURED IN IBIZA BALCONY FALL

Hospital de Can Misses

A British man, said to be in his 30´s, has been admitted to the Hospital de Can Misses in Ibiza, after apparently falling from the second floor of an apartment block in the town of Sant Antoni de Portmany.

According to police sources, the man suffered multiple contusions, and may have fallen accidentally as he sat on the railing of the balcony while his roommate was sleeping.

The incident took place around midnight in the Mar i Vent urbanisation on calle General Balanzat and after receiving notification of the incident the police and medics attended.

It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
