Estate agent stores are a common occurrence on most popular high streets through expat rich areas of Spain, but despite countless closures of shops and retail premises in recent years, Torrevieja is about to have a first for the property industry.
At the end of this month, the very first ever estate agent for Chinese investors will open its doors in Torrevieja. Located on Avenida de Alfredo Nobel, the outlet will be run by local experts in collaboration with their Chinese partners, after other successful launches in Barcelona, as well as in China.
With the Chinese community in Spain still growing, it is hoped that the new store will form a base for investors looking to relocate to the Costa Blanca, whilst also offering a much needed boost to the centre of a city which has visibly suffered decay for many years.
