Dashcams are not unusual, especially in places like Russia where they are used to try to combat insurance fraud, but this particular vehicle caught an inconsiderate BMW driver who not only refused to move over, the driver actively tried to then block the path of this overtaking vehicle.
The most worrying part being that this dashcam is installed in an ambulance responding to an emergency call. We can only hope that the driver of the BMW never needs the emergency services with this sort of unsafe and idiotic attitude.
