Ladies, if you are over 16, want to get fit and have fun with like-minded women, and like football, then the Quesada Ladies invite you to join their team.

They meet every Wednesday at 8 p.m. in Daya Nueva, at the Centro Deportivo.

You can find out more information on their Facebook Page, just search for “Quesada Ladies” and join their page, but don’t be put off if you’re not in Quesada, they already have and welcome more members from all around the area.

The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. The La Siesta park features all kinds of sports pitches, for football, basketball, hockey, and more, as well as the largest paved pump track in the world, according to the town hall. Torrevieja Pump Track Grand Opening
It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
