The Torrevieja Friday Market will not open on Friday 4 August, as the space will be being used for the RBF music festival which will be taking place on the Saturday and Sunday.
Similarly, the funfair will not be open that weekend, as they too have to move to make way for the festival which will be held at the Parque Antonio Soria.
The first weekend in August is known for being one of the busiest of the year, and so hundreds of traders will be missing out on earnings this year so that the music fiesta can take place. The same music festival is happening in Benidorm.
