The British tour operator Jet2holidays will maintain Benidorm and the Costa Blanca among its priority destinations for the summer of 2027, a season in which it plans to operate with a fleet of 142 aircraft across 26 countries and 700 tourist destinations, as reported by the hotel association Hosbec yesterday Monday 19th October.
The general secretary of Hosbec, Nuria Montes, participated in Leeds in the United Kingdom at the Jet2 Destination Partnership Event, where the company shared its forecasts and promotion strategies for the upcoming financial year with the destinations in its network.
Montes highlighted the importance of this market for the Valencian Community, pointing out that the tour operator maintaining its commitment to Benidorm and the Costa Blanca and continuing to grow in 2027 confirms the strength of the destination, the quality of the hotel product, and a commitment to shared sustainability.
In parallel, Hosbec is finalising a tourism promotion campaign for the start of the winter season alongside Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, the Costa Blanca Tourism Board, and Visit Benidorm, featuring a joint investment close to 200,000€.
The association is also preparing specific promotional actions for the summer of 2027, which will begin at the start of that year, marking one of the main booking periods for summer holidays.
