Police Ask for Help to Locate Hit and Run Driver

The Local Police in Torrevieja are asking for help to locate and identify a vehicle and driver that has been involved in a hit and run in the town.

The incident occurred on calle San Pascual and calle San Julián in Torrevieja.

The vehicle in question is a Peugeot 206 or 207, black, 5 doors and has a left rear door dent.

The last three characters of the number plate are FBW.

If you have seen this vehicle or know the owner, you are asked to contact the Torrevieja Local Police on 673043062, or through TorreviejaEmergencias on social networks, and in the event that you may have communication or language difficulties, you can always use the 112 emergency number.

The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
