A police operation has dismantled a drug distribution point that supplied various locations in the city of Alicante . Three guys, ages 32, 33, and 49, were arrested as a result of the operation. They have been charged with drug trafficking following an investigation in San Vicente del Raspeig and Monóvar.
The inquiry started when investigators from the National Police got a tip that a guy was selling drugs from his home in San Vicente del Raspeig. Investigators confirmed that the suspect was involved in the mid-level selling of cocaine and speed after looking at the data and watching the area.
Caught while selling drugs
The police operation stopped the main suspect and another man from doing a drug deal. At that time, the police took about 68 grams of cocaine and 245 euros in cash.
After the arrests, police searched the house of the main suspect in San Vicente del Raspeig. They also looked into another house in Monóvar, where they found a third man who was also arrested for cocaine trafficking. The Provincial Court of Alicante also wanted this man because he had an outstanding arrest warrant.

A lot of narcotics and money were taken.
The agents found a lot of drugs and other things associated to crime when they searched the first house. These included 16.18 kilos of speed, 47 grams of cocaine, 7 grams of ketamine, 170 grams of hashish, 1.6 kilos of marijuana, 111 grams of ecstasy pills, and a precision scale.
More over 39,300 euros in small bills were found during the second search, which took place at the property in Monóvar.
After the police looked into the case, two of the people who were arrested were taken before a judge, who ordered them both to stay in jail. The operation has taken down a drug-dealing hub that supplied additional distribution hubs in the northern section of Alicante.
