The non-food discount chain Action has opened a new establishment in the Thiar shopping centre in Pilar de la Horadada. The premises cover an area of 869 square metres and represent the addition of the brand to the commercial offerings of the complex, whilst also reinforcing its presence in the province of Alicante.
With this opening, the company reaches 120 establishments in Spain and a total of 19 in the Valencian Community, as part of the expansion process it has maintained in the national market since its arrival in the country four years ago.
The new shop offers an assortment of around 6,000 products distributed across 14 categories, which include toys, crafts, household items, gardening, DIY and food. The company also highlights that it introduces around 150 new references every week and that more than two thirds of its catalogue has a price lower than two euro.
The opening of this establishment is part of Action’s growth strategy in Spain, where the chain has intensified the pace of new openings in recent years with the aim of expanding its store network and consolidating its presence in various autonomous communities.
