Man and woman taken to hospital following crash on N-332 in Torrevieja

A 51-year-old man and a woman whose age is unknown have been taken to hospital after being involved in a road traffic collision on the N-332 as it passes through Torrevieja, according to details confirmed by the Emergency Information and Coordination Centre (CICU).

The incident occurred at around 9.30 pm on Tuesday, 18th August. Following the alert, the CICU dispatched a SAMU intensive care unit and an urgent transport ambulance to the scene of the crash.

Medical personnel from the SAMU team provided emergency medical treatment at the scene to the 51-year-old man and the woman. Both casualties sustained multiple injuries and were subsequently transferred to Torrevieja Hospital in separate ambulances, health sources confirmed.
