Grant approved for the sterilisation of community cats in Torrevieja

The Alicante Provincial Council has approved the granting of a subsidy to the Torrevieja City Council for the sterilisation treatments of urban colonies of stray cats, with an amount of €12,000.00 within the call for monetary subsidies intended for the implementation of sterilisation programmes for urban colonies of stray cats in municipalities of the province of Alicante and with which part of the costs of community cat sterilisations carried out in 2026 can be covered.
