Wild alligator recovered from riverbed in Sax

Agents of the Local Police of Sax in Alicante have recovered an alligator that was found in the riverbed, as reported by this force on social media.

Following the recovery of the animal, the Local Police carried out the appropriate arrangements and maintained coordination with the Nature Protection Service of the Guardia Civil, which took charge of the specimen to manage its transfer to a specialised centre for animal care and protection.

“From the Local Police of Sax we continue working at the service of our neighbours and for the protection of animals,” the Local Police states.
