The footbridge and cycle path over the AP7 motorway linking La Zenia to Los Dolses is ever closer to completion following the placement of the two metal spans on Tuesday and Wednesday nights last week.
By necessity the spans were installed on separate nights which meant the closure of the motorway for a little over an hour on two consecutive occasions.
Whilst a small construction team continues with the installation of the bridge the remainder of the crew will turn their attention to the pathway itself, in preparation for the final covering of tarmac which is expected to be laid in about 3 weeks time.
