COSTA COBRAS RFC FUN DAY

This coming weekend Costa Cobras RFC are holding a rugby fun day with a variety of fun rugby games and training sessions for people to come along and take part in, all ages are welcome.

On top of this we will have a variety of stalls, bouncy castle, barbecue, DJ Sebastian Dombrowicz, rugby clothing, raffle, tombola etc, so plenty for everyone.

We have had a number of the stalls donating prizes for the tombola and raffle, The Steakhouse and Jaime Furniture in Rojales bottles of wine, Route 66 breakfast for 2, Post Box Dona Pepa-mobile phone, Benijofar butcher’s-meat pack, also Adam and Eve, Usbourne books, Dukes barbers, Jew’ella’ry, Preeva Jewellery, Bling baby Pram shoes, Nicola Makeup and Angel card reading.

But we are still looking for more prizes, please, for our raffle and tombola, all donations are very much appreciated as all funds raised will go to getting more and better equipment for training for the kids, and a big thank you all of those who have already donated for your support.

Remember this is the big year for rugby with the 6 Nations now on and come September the Rugby World Cup in England and Wales, so come on and join the rugby revolution and see if you can be the next big star in the game.

All ages, gender and nationalities are welcome, from beginner to experience players, the more the merrier, as we are based on the true traditional ethics of the sport. So come along and join the newest rugby team on the Costa Blanca, also team bonding after training in the nearest bar for a drink and chat, just how rugby should be.

The juniors are training on Monday from 18.30-20.00 and Tuesday from 18.00-19.30, while the seniors will be training on Monday from 20.30-22.00 and Wednesday this week from 18.00-19.30. We are looking at getting a more fixed timetable from the town and all being well will be from the following.
