The President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, received the Regional Councillor for Education of Murcia, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, at Moncloa Palace earlier this week.
At their meeting, the two leaders discussed the issues of most concern to the Region of Murcia, such as infrastructure improvements and construction of an AVE high-speed rail link; the autonomous region financing system; water-related issues; and matters related to the Statute of Autonomy and the electoral law.
