Benidorm will be besieged by Gladiators next week, as the legendary Circus Maximus visits the bullring in the town as the venue for an epic battle.
A total of 25 actors will take part in the event with chariot races and sword fights for a unique experience in the historic grounds.
The action starts at 22:15 on Wednesday the 25th of August and tickets cost just 5 euro, with more information available from the tourist information offices.
Meanwhile, the Mundomar theme park in Benidorm is offering visitors the chance to “sleep with the fishes”, or dolphins to be exact, offering groups the chance to spend their Friday nights sleeping next to the dolphinarium and join in their nocturnal activities. The initiative is aimed primarily at children and is intended to offer an insight into these amazing creatures.
