The Police of the Generalitat has imposed sanctions on 28 leisure and restaurant establishments within the specific control device activated from Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 throughout the Valencian Community.
Of these 28 sanctions, six have been proposed for non-compliance with the COVID regulations and the other 22 for violating the Entertainment Law.
Within this same device, in which inspections have been carried out in 191 premises, the Police attached to the Generalitat have drawn up 22 files on people who did not comply with the COVID regulations. It has also identified 635 people and controlled 411 vehicles. Likewise, it has made 85 warnings related to the use of the mask, the safety distance and other health reasons related to COVID.
The actions are part of an operation carried out in collaboration with other security forces and local police, mainly to verify compliance with COVID regulations, taking into account the high number of infections. They have been developed both in establishments, as in shops or on public roads.
