Turisme Comunitat Valenciana has reinforced the Tourist Information Office Network for the summer tourism campaign in more than 35 offices with temporary tourist information points that bring attention to tourists in the areas with the greatest tourist flow.

These offices and information points, which will remain open until mid-September, are located in different municipalities of the three provinces.

In the province of Valencia, this service is reinforced in Alboraya, Bellreguard, Canet d’En Berenguer, Daimús, Gandia, Miramar, Piles, Puçol, Sueca, Valencia and Xeraco.

In the province of Alicante, attention to visitors is accentuated in Altea, Calp, Benissa, El Campello, Elche, Callosa d’En Sarrià, Pilar de la Horadada, Torrevieja, Alicante and Xàbia.

For its part, the province of Castellón has new services in Alcalá de Xivert, Benicàssim, Burriana, Cabanes, Castelló de la Plana, Nules, Peñíscola and Xilxes.

Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, with the collaboration of the municipalities attached to the Tourist Info Network, is expanding the hours and staff of a large number of offices, increasing the number of professionals in charge of them, to provide a better service this season. Although they will still most likely be closed on public holidays.

On the other hand, from July 1 to September 15, the 26th edition of the ‘Red Tourist Info Customer Satisfaction Survey’ is being launched to collect and exchange information on the profile and trends of visitors, as well as to promote excellence in communication, hospitality and tourist customer service at the destination.

The survey is available in seven languages ​​(Valencian, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Dutch).

The Tourist Info Network of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana currently has 230 tourist information and customer reception offices, and more than 20 information points that, under the same image and homogeneous quality criteria, provide tourist care and reception services throughout the entire autonomous territory.
