The 2026 edition of the Low Festival has begun with the unveiling of its new creative identity. This rebranding marks the event’s transition to a new phase, which coincides with its 15th anniversary and its establishment in Torrevieja as a venue.
The proposal is a progression of the festival’s image, which is maintained while simultaneously fortifying its association with summer and the audience’s affective experience. In this novel concept, Low transforms its lineup into a “musical ice cream parlour,” where each artist is transformed into an ice cream that is specifically intended to reflect their aesthetic and artistic personality.
This creative approach is not restricted to the visual; it aims to create a comprehensive graphic system that anticipates the festival experience and personalises each band in the programme. The organisers emphasise that the objective is to establish more conceptual and memorable communication that is consistent with their identity as a Mediterranean festival.
Low has been developing a vision that extends beyond music since its inception in 2009. This vision encompasses all aspects of the event, from production to audience engagement, with an emphasis on the creation of enduring memories and the comfort of attendees. During this new phase, the festival is reaffirming its dedication to becoming “the best memory of the summer.”
This year’s programme, which will continue to expand in the coming weeks, features a number of notable artists from both the national and international scene, including Kasabian, The Hives, Love of Lesbian, Editors, Fangoria, and Dani Fernández.
The city will be consolidated as a strategic location in this new phase of the event, as the festival will be held at the Antonio Soria Park venue on Friday July 31st, Saturday August 1st, and Sunday August 2nd.
This will mean that once again the Friday market won’t happen, the water park and the fairground won’t be open and local residents will have to put up with hour after hour of noise polution.
In the interim, the organisation is continuing to offer general and VIP passes at a starting price of 69.99 euros, with discounts available for those who are enrolled in the town. This edition is designed to further enhance the festival experience and reinforce the organisation’s value proposition.
