The CICU says that a 57-year-old cyclist died yesterday, Sunday April 5th, after hitting a car on the N-332 route in Calpe.
The alert came in at 4:20 p.m., and the right emergency reaction was put into action right away.
Health services getting involved
A Basic Life Support (BLS) unit and an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) unit were sent to the site of the accident.
The experts conducted advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation moves, but sadly, they didn’t obtain a response and could only establish that the cyclist had died.
No one knows for sure what caused the accident. The officials are looking into the accident to find out what happened.
