The world-famous toy brand LEGO has officially landed in the Murcia region with the opening of its first dedicated store. Located within the Nueva Condomina shopping centre in Murcia, the new establishment spans approximately 240 square metres and marks the tenth physical store for the company across Spain.
The grand opening took place on Saturday, 16 May, and featured a range of celebratory activities. To mark the occasion, the shopping centre hosted a special event themed around LEGO and football, coinciding with the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Local singer Blas Cantó also made an appearance to help launch the new space.
Rossana Mastrosimini, the Branded Retail Channel Director for LEGO, expressed her delight at the opening, noting that Murcia is a city known for its energy and community spirit. She described the store as a space designed to inspire builders of all ages through a combination of digital experiences and hands-on play.
This latest addition reinforces the position of Nueva Condomina as a major retail destination in the region. The centre has previously been chosen as the site for the first regional branches of other major brands, including Apple and Normal.
