Benidorm Local Police have shut down an unauthorised illegal rave that was taking place inside the Serra Gelada natural park.
Officers arrived at the venue on Wednesday, 5th August, where the unlicensed event was underway. “We were not invited, but… we crashed it,” the police force joked on their official Facebook profile.
Upon arrival, officers ordered the music to be turned off immediately, closed down the event, identified several attendees, and issued reports for a series of detected infractions.
The Local Police reminded the public that vehicle access is strictly restricted within the protected area of the Serra Gelada natural park. Furthermore, they urged people to respect the natural environment, adding that “the best parties are those that follow the rules.”
