TM Grupo Inmobiliario has secured two accolades at the European Property Awards 2026–2027 for its prominent development in Benidorm, TM Tower. The awards recognise both the development of the high-rise scheme and the strategic marketing campaign created for its commercial launch.
The Benidorm project received honours in the Development Marketing for Spain and Residential High-Rise Development for Spain categories. The first award highlights the positioning and marketing communication of the scheme, whilst the second commends the concept and execution of the high-rise residential proposal.
Reaching a height of 230 metres across 64 storeys and incorporating 260 homes, TM Tower is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2028. Once finished, the skyscraper will become the tallest residential building in the European Union, making a significant addition to the Benidorm skyline on the international stage.
Part of the International Property Awards, the European Property Awards evaluate property initiatives through an independent panel of industry experts. Key judging criteria include architectural design, build quality, innovation, client service, and environmental sustainability.
Pablo Serna, Chief Executive Officer of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, explained that the accolades endorse two fundamental aspects of the scheme: the distinct nature of its residential offering and the marketing approach deployed to present the project globally. He noted that the recognition also reinforces the firm’s capacity to deliver developments that enhance the international profile of Benidorm, the Mediterranean coast, and Spain’s residential tourism sector.
The latest distinctions follow previous achievements by the Alicante-based developer at the awards. In 2024, the Lagoons Village project in Torrevieja won the Residential Development 20+ Units for Spain category, whilst Sunset Sailors in Benidorm secured an award for Residential High-Rise Development. Earlier, in 2022, Sunset Cliffs gained national and European recognition in the Residential High-Rise Development category, alongside Flamenca Village, which received the national award for Residential Development 20+ Units for Spain.
The official presentation ceremony will take place on 22 October 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London during the IPAX Europe event, where TM Grupo Inmobiliario will collect the two awards for the Benidorm development.
