The town council of Orihuela has put the supply of traffic signs and road marking materials out to tender with a budget of 207,000 euro, including VAT. The project covers the urban centre, outlying districts, and the coast.
The Department of Citizen Security, led by Mónica Pastor, has launched the tender to provide vertical circulation signs and auxiliary road safety equipment across the entire municipal area of Orihuela.
The contract includes the provision of vertical traffic signs, complementary plates, informational panels, custom signs with specific wording, support elements, anchors, fixing systems, marking devices, speed bumps, road paint, and other auxiliary materials.
To effectively address the road signage needs of the area, the local council has divided the contract into two distinct lots, separating Orihuela from Orihuela Costa.
Interested companies can submit their bids until 8th October. The relevant documentation and procurement details are already available on the public contracting platform.
