In addition to the 167 homes we reported to have been licensed for construction on the Orihuela Costa at the start of this month, the municipal spokesperson, Carolina Gracia, has this week announced another 22 homes approved for construction.
There will be two blocks which form one development of 20 properties, as well as two individual homes. As well as that, there have been six licenses granted for commercial use, two of which involve placing tables and chairs on the public highway.
There has also been a number of planning disputes resolved, with four disciplinary proceedings for an aggregate of 10,671.93 euro and 13 cases of restoration of urban law without a financial penalty. In addition, the government has approved another license for the demolition of a building used as a garage and in one of the surrounding villages, for the legalization and rehabilitation of a house.
