A 47-year-old motorcyclist has died after colliding with a pavement on Avenida Villajoyosa in Alicante, according to information provided by the Information and Coordination Centre for Urgencies (CICU).
The emergency services received the alert at 11:20 pm on Friday night. In response, the CICU deployed a Medical Urgent Help Service (SAMU) unit alongside a Basic Life Support (SVB) team to the scene.
Medical professionals performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation manoeuvres on the casualty. However, despite their efforts, the 47-year-old motorcyclist passed away at the scene.
